Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. 

We charge a $65 per session fee. We chose to have one low rate. We don't want the cost of getting help to become overburdensome.

Because we offer Life Coaching which is different than Counseling we do not take insurance. 

Counseling often focuses on working through and dealing with past trauma and could include clinical psychology, a variety of alternative treatments and medication. Life Coaching is focused on future goal setting and establishes a vision for a hope filled and healthy life and helps the client develop a plan to achieve these goals.

Yes. We offer safe and secure appointment virtually through Zoom nationwide. You can book these on our home page.

We offer in person coaching in Butler and Armstrong County‘s Pennsylvania. Office locations are given at the time of appointment scheduling. We do not accept walk ins.
